Cheryl, You were very complimentary of the staging, marketing including professional photos, 3 ads in Coast Magazine, ads in other publications, the designer I brought in to choose paint for cabinets, the 3 open houses, the beautiful 4 page brochures, but I could not ethically market your property in the wrong subdivision as you requested. Your property is not in Laffites Cove, it is in The Villas aka Townhomes at Lafittes. A buyer would be misled thinking their deed restrictions are that of Laffites Cove and they are not. A buyer would not realize without reading The Villas deed restrictions that the lane servicing the property is a private lane, not maintained by the city and that no maintenance fund was ever established. I simply could not cross that ethical boundary.
